UPDATE: We have been given notice that Wadsworth won at the 9th District Court of Appeals. Although we are disappointed in the decision, it is far from the end of the fight to stop Wadsworth. We are appealing to the Supreme Court of Ohio and to the ERAC (appeal of the EPA award of a 1 Million Gallon Well to Wadsworth). There are false rumors that we have lost and are giving up. This can’t be further from the truth. We remain resolved to fight in any legal manner possible. We need your support to continue this effort.
Sorry for the simple appearance of this update and the infrequent updates to the website. We are all volunteers and it is hard to find the time to do those fancy things that would make this site appear much easier on the eyes. However, we still need your continued support to keep up the effort!! |
